Ok so moving on and sparing you the whole flap manufacturing process, I will move ahead to the making of the ruddervator. As this is essentially a V tail rudder assembly you will notice as we go alone that it is not a conventional tail assembly. The picture represents some of the parts I fabricated needed for this assembly. They are made from stock T6061 channel and I cut then on a band saw
